Responsibility & Fair Use

Responsibility

Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure
they are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

As the parcel is your responsibility until it arrives, we recommend obtaining
proof of postage in case you need to follow up with us about your return.

Please note that we cannot be held liable for items sent to us in error. If we
are able to locate such items and you wish to have them returned, the shipping
costs will be your responsibility.

Fair Usage

If we detect any unusual or suspicious return patterns — for example, if we
believe items are being worn before being returned, large quantities are being
ordered and sent back, or the returned items do not match the original order —
we may need to investigate further.

In such cases, we may need to suspend or deactivate your account, along with
any related accounts. If you believe this has been done in error, please
contact our Customer Representative Team at itsherscarf@gmail.com

Please be aware that we reserve the right to pursue legal action if any
returned items are found to differ from what was originally ordered.

What do I do if I received a defect item?

We sincerely apologize and will do our best to make it right and we’ll make sure everything is taken care of. Please send us an email with the following details:

  • Order ID (#XXXX)
  • The matter of the issue (defective/faulty)
  • Videos or pictures
  • Request for full refund or exchange with the same value item(s)
  • Please attach the return tracking number for our record purposes

Do not try to alter or modify the item, this can lead to void of return & refund.

Can I return or exchange an item I purchased?

You may request for return/exchange for an item. All exchanges however, are subjected to stock availability at time of request.

What is your return policy?

All purchases made through ITSHERSCARF Website are considered as final and there are no cancellation/returns/refunds allowed EXCEPT for DEFECT ITEM only. However, there is an exception condition where customers able to exchange size depending on stocks availablity.

All item(s) must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging, price tags, and labels.

All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

Note that we have the right to refuse any exchange and refund if the item(s) found to be not in original condition.

ITEM ARE NOT RETURNABLE IF:

1) There are smells such as perfume, body & hair mist, brooch effect, scrunch kids, make up stains etc which cannot be returned.

2) Defects by customers due to wrong washing methods, ironing methods, storing, method of wearing, wrong product handling by customers that may cause product damage will not be entertained.

3) Return/ refund request due to lighting effects, monitor’s brightness, contrast setting, etc will not be entertained as there could be some slight differences in the color tone of the pictures with the actual item.

4) Item with no price tag or label.

REFUND
1) Once parcel has reached us, it will take us 1-3 working days to process your return request. 

2) If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.

3) Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
