LOCAL SHIPPING (Within Malaysia)

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders placed will be shipped on the same day (including weekends).
  • Processing Time: within 24 hours after payment is made.
  • Delivery Time: 1-3 working days via JNT (Peninsular) or 5-7 working days ( Sabah & Sarawak).

Tracking & Delivery Status

  • Tracking number will be emailed or via whatsapp once the courier picks up your parcel.
  • It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to active.

Important Notes:

1) Please note once the parcel is handed to the courier, the parcel is under the courier responsible. We will not take any responsibility and we are not liable for any problem or loss.

2) No refund is allowed if the unclaimed parcel is returned to us. All shipping charges will be borne by the customer in order to have it posted out again.

  • Currently we only ship to Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei.
